Awesome experience. We truly enjoyed the sites and entertainment. New Orleans is a fantastic city to visit, there are so many different parts to the city from the bustling French Quarter to the quaint Garden District. World class museums like the WWII,small art galleries, and live music make this a great long weekend destination.

New Orleans Hotels and Properties
New Orleans is a wonderful city that is very walkable and has lots of things to do and see for all ages. I always find something new to explore each time I go. We love all the small store fronts to shop at also. It was enjoyable being among people from many different cultures. City was an excellent place to visit. I hosted my client's class reunion and the had a ball. The tours and Natchez Steam boat lunch cruise was great! I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
Our group was actually very happy with this hotel and its kind staff. The only negative was the strange smell throughout the rooms. Lots of history held in this city. I enjoyed the trolley rides, the bars and seafood restaurants in New Orleans. I also enjoyed the casino and the beautiful cathedral in Jackson Square. The beginets were wonderful.
There was more than enough things to do in New Orleans, but not enough time! New Orleans is a fun place to visit. The food is just amazing--not sure you can get a bad meal here. The historic French Quarter is fun to explore in the daytime, and transforms into a great party in the evening. Bring comfortable shoes. The ambience of the city was very lively!!! We enjoyed the streetcar ride and the French Quarters and of course the food was amazing!!!!!! The excitement of the French Quarter, riding the trolleys, the beauty of the Garden District and the friendliness of the people.
Oh, and of course the food and music! The French Quarter in New Orleans has everything to offer to make your trip a memorable experience.
Great history, food, culture, and nightlife. I have loved New Orleans since my very first visit back in It is fully alive, wonderful history, awesome sights, delicious food, great people, love the Saints , and love the Mardi Gras. The history, culture and the diversity of people is simply amazing.

And of course the food, entertainment, and many, many activities that were happening everyday. New Orleans is a delightful city to experience the fun side of life. You can do a historical tour or cultural tour. There are great places to eat. There are several museums and tours to appeal to everyone. You also can tour New Orleans by bus, riverboat, or carriage ride. The fact that there was so much to do, and most was in walking distance. If not in walking distance, the public transportation was cheap and most convenient. The cleaning of the streets, like Bourbon Street, smelled bad at times.
The homeless was depressing. Need shelters for them if they will go. New Orleans is a perfect destination city for meetings. Once your group arrives downtown, every attraction is within walking distance. Your attendees will have no need to rent cars. This pedestrian friendly city will keep everyone entertained with its rich history, music and food.
Great food and everything that you or a group of people would like to do is in walking distance. The people, the accessibility of the downtown core, riverfront, French Quarter and nearby parks. Fun transportation on the trolley cars especially along St. Everything was so close and Bourbon Street was something else - musicians, jugglers, mime artists, endless tourist shops, interesting buildings and lots of entertainment in the crowds! Both were awesome, a "must see".

The food and the experience were both top notch! NOLA is a great city of fun, history and culture. Crime is high in the French Quarters, so be sure to travel in groups. Everything from the houses to the people, were decorated for Marti Gras. It just made our short stay so much fun. The French Quarter and seeing people WALK instead of driving everywhere was great and the cheerful mood of the people on the street too.
The French Quarter has an atmosphere that simply can't be duplicated - a blend of history with a modern touch that lets the city keep its own character and identity. The people are always friendly, and the atmosphere is filled with art and music that can't be matched. I liked Bourbon Street, the Casino and all the entertainment. The people of New Orleans seem very polite and very helpful. I enjoyed everything this city has to offer from the people to the food. We participated in a scavenger hunt by urban adventure quest that took us through the French quarter.
It was a great way for the kids to be introduced to this area.

New Orleans hotels
There were so many attractions to see. We really enjoyed our bus tour of New Orleans and the River Boat dinner cruie. I liked the culture and atmosphere.
The architecture is also very impressive. New Orleans offers many things that other cities can not give you. We love New Orleans, the people, great restaurants. Cafe Dumond, Commanders Palace are iconic. What's not to love about such a wonderful city? Everyone in attendance at our conference enjoyed the variety of after conference activities available to them: shopping, casinos, tours and the festival that was being held in the French Quarter.
NOLA has a number of tourist sites worth visiting. But don't pass up the National Park Service locations at both these locations, great free tours.
